[Cpp-Programming] Open Watcom DOS/Win32 device drivers?

Sorry if I'm repeating myself, but is it possible to create a DOS/Win32 device driver under Open Watcom?  If so, how?  I am working on disk compression, and device drivers are not covered in OW's documentation.
